• Ground Handling-AWARD WINNING GUEST SERVICES from airport arrival, transportation, meet & greet to complete embarkation/disembarkation logistics.

Experience in Cruise Ship Business Development:

• Participated in the development of traffic flow for guests, luggage and vehicles for Charleston, Jacksonville and Norfolk Ports, 2002/03 and 2003/04.
• Handling all guest services from arrival to check-in at all four ports.
• Arranging logistics and delivery of tours and transportation at all four ports.
• Held Contract with Jacksonville Jaguars for Super Bowl XXXIX to Develop and implement all strategy for Comprehensive Cruise Terminal Security Plan (US Coast Guard Approved), complete logistics to handle Oceania Cruise Lines 700 passenger REGATTA for guests of Jaguars.
• Held Contract with Carnival to manage one ship in port for Super Bowl XXXIX.
• Held Contract with Holland America for three ships in port for Super Bowl XXXIX.
• Currently proposing design and development of a new cruise terminal for North Charleston, SC.
