Curtis/James - Please pass on the praise from the NV to both the Cruise Services USA staff (especially Pat) and American Coach team in Orlando. While we thought we had pre-planned this move pretty well, who would have known that 24 UK guests for the NV were still coming our way.
Your team pulled it together and took care of those NV guests. A lot of phone calls and a little patience and we all got it done. Thanks everyone!

I just spoke to some of the guests who were a wedding party who arrived in Orlando and were met by Patsy Van Kirk (not sure of the spelling) They have done nothing but sing her praises and compliment her on all her efforts to take care of them. They also congratulated the US side of the organization and how well it was run and how nice everyone they have met since they got here.
