On behalf of Gerry and I, please accept our heartfelt thanks for the flawless operation that occurred in New Orleans and Mobile this past Saturday. If it appeared seamless, it was only due to the careful orchestration of the many details that required coordination. Thank you all for your hard work and for all the extra effort that made this repositioning a positive experience for our guests. It is a privilege to work with fine partners like you.

I am literally between back-to-back large group sailings. I just made it back from the HOLIDAY and I leave in the morning for the CONQUEST. I had to, however, take the time out to let you know how incredible our experience was onboard the HOLIDAY.
The shore crew in Mobile was the best I have seen/experienced in over 18 years of travel. I was so worried before I left because of the age of the ship and the size of our group and the possible problems we may have encountered onboard the HOLIDAY. Man, was I ever mistaken! The shore crew shined like a bright star! They moved to assist our band members and sound technicians as soon as they arrived. They deserve a huge pat on the back for being so organized and pleasant to work with.
Once onboard, I was greeted by the most incredible group cruise coordinator I have ever had the opportunity to meet. Christelle Theck was the most thorough, organized, and efficient group coordinator that I have ever had the privilege of working with on a large group cruise. She was truly unbelievable! We had a few power problems with Doc Holiday’s due to the age of the ship and the fact that it was not equipped to handle the type of power we needed. However, Christelle quickly organized the crew (electricians, hotel director, etc…) and helped correct all the problems. Needless to say, without her, we could not have had such a successful cruise. I am not sure who her immediate supervisor is, but he/she really needs to know what a wonderful asset Christelle is to both the HOLIDAY as well as Carnival Cruise Lines. She can be my group coordinator any day!
The passengers and the crew really enjoyed TK Soul. He is a true entertainer! Next year’s cruise is scheduled for the Triumph out of New Orleans. I wish I could move the entire crew of the HOLIDAY over to the Triumph! That is how wonderful they all were!
Please let the appropriate directors know about the incredible job the Mobile shore crew and also the staff aboard the HOLIDAY is doing! WOW!

I am writing to thank you for the wonderful cruise experience we had on the Holiday last week. The staff at the cruise terminal is the best we have encountered in over 20 years of cruising. They are so polite, gracious, and helpful...I could go on and on about how wonderful your staff is! Please extend our thanks to everyone for their help on our recent cruise on the Holiday. The Mobile Cruise Terminal is the best one in the world!
