We have just returned from a cruise aboard the Grandeur of the Seas from Norfolk to Bermuda. I just wanted to complement you on your wonderful facility. Our arrival and departure days could not have gone more smoothly. Getting from the Cedar Grove parking lot to the pier was a breeze, baggage handing was wonderfully smooth, and everyone from baggage handlers to bus greeters to the folks directing us through the terminal did a fabulous job. It was worth the 6 hour drive each way from New Jersey.

Hello Everyone,
I want to take this opportunity to thank all of you for your outstanding efforts during our June 9th Norfolk sailing. Although we had a challenging debarkation, everyone put their best foot forward and made our operation a success.

A special thanks to our embarkation team, Cruise Services USA, who in typical fashion exhibited great initiative and stepped-up to the plate. Our shipboard family were fantastic, giving us immediate turnaround boarding times, and rolled-up their sleeves to assist wherever needed. And of course, we are grateful to the Half Moone Cruise and Celebration Center staff for accommodating our needs with open arms. Your facility is great, functional and beautiful.
